The zoo animals were planning something (I think they were preparing for Savio's return), but while they were throwing out ideas, Julien said that it would be really weird/cool if there was a sandwich that could be ridden like a horse. Of course, everyone looked at him for a moment then tried to forget what he said, but when they decided on a plan and spread out (which is why Private is running in the background), in the middle of all the bustle was Julien riding a sandwich xD
